I did my internship in a hotel company. I want to Express my gratitude to my supervisor and to the organizers of my work. With their help, I learned: the creation of conditions for inflow of foreign capital, the development of international relations creates objective preconditions for the intensive development activities of enterprises to provide a broad range of services in the field of socio - cultural service and tourism. This, of course, the necessity of training in my professional career who have basic knowledge in the field of tourism and hospitality industry [1].
In recent years the hotel business has become quite Mature activity, with its own laws and values, theory and practice. The competition every year is getting tougher.
Hospitality strives to ensure that people visiting the temporary accommodation, food, and to organize their free time. Throughout my practice, I delved into the essence of the provision of services in the hotel business consists, first, in the immediate provision of special facilities for accommodation, hotel rooms, and, secondly, the services offered by the hotel staff (reception and registration of guests, housekeeping, porter service, etc.) [2].
The success and profitability of the hotel business is affected by many factors. However, only in combination they will yield the expected efficiency as the most important role plays the human factor in the hospitality industry. Therefore, of the hotel, it is especially important not so much the number of services and their quality. In the hotel business, as in any other, the level of service plays an important role in attracting customers. Only high-quality services, create a comfortable environment for guests. The comfort level in hotel business is defined by such criteria as the status of the rooms as a whole, the availability of convenient access roads, technical equipment and information support, availability of catering, and more.
On the basis of their practice, I came to the following conclusions: the main goal of the hotel in modern conditions - to maximize profits, which is impossible without effective management of capital. Search of reserves to increase the profitability of the enterprise is an important managerial task.
Obviously, from financial management, and now the whole result of the enterprise depends. If things are going to the plant by gravity, and the management style in new market conditions change, the struggle for survival becomes continuous. [22] As a result of practice I managed:
- Learn the latest technology in the location of the enterprise;
- To obtain a holistic view of Your organization and each Department / service separately through the study of the functional interaction of its units and relationships with the external environment;
- To acquire the skills of independent solving of problems faced by staff; I also learned, management decisions implemented to improve the quality of service in the enterprise.
